• We transformed a site slated for closure into an award-winning provider of enterprise-level communications supporting U.S. military base and providing mission-critical services; we were selected as first of twenty two sites to be granted a one-year operations extension.
• Concurrently employed while at DISA as a SENIOR NETWORK Engineer
Provide a baseline to include documentation and diagramming of all circuit assets for forty plus (40+) sites in theater.
Performs and is regarded as subject matter expert for the department when engaged in core team meetings and activities where design engineering representation is required.
Activates, changes, upgrades, deactivates trunks, links and circuits in accordance with DISA TSOs or regulatory guidance as directed by higher levels of control and submits applicable reports to include delayed service, exception, and in-effect reports.
